Three good things
Our minds cling to what went wrong. This gentle habit trains attention back toward the good — and the good is always there when we look.

How to do it
- At day’s end, each person names three good things — however small.
- Say why each one mattered, even briefly.
- Jot them in the app’s journal so the good days leave a trail.
A few tips
- Stuck? “The coffee was warm.” “We laughed once.” “The sun came out.” Small absolutely counts.
What we notice, grows. Look for the good and you’ll keep finding more of it. ∞
