Renewing, if ever needed
Occasionally we may ask for a light, optional confirmation (say, a photo of an appointment card with personal details blocked out). It's reviewed and then deleted — never stored, never shared, never sold.

A hospital or social worker gave me a JourneyKin code — how do I use it?
Open the app and go to Settings, then Redeem an Access Code, enter your code, and your full free access turns on right away — already verified, for a longer term. Codes come from hospitals, clinics, infusion centers, oncology social workers, and nonprofit partners.
Will my personal and medical information be kept private?
Yes. Your privacy is sacred to us. We collect as little as possible to help you, and we will never sell your information. If we ever ask for a light confirmation to renew access, it's reviewed and then deleted — never stored, never shared, never sold.
